Kasai Japanese Steakhouse

Kicked off the new half century with a traditional Kasai hibachi dinner with the family! Got the same chef as last year, Tom Cruise (Cruz?) and he was just as good as he was in 2024 so we will definitely be requesting him again in 2026! Everyone was wearing Sasquatch themed shirts as part of my birthday surprise that was coordinated by Megan and sprung on me before we left for the restaurant. This continues the tradition of a hibachi restaurant with family from as far back as the Sacramento days when we used to go to Benihana but found Kasai to be a great local option instead!
